This is our entry level meat smoker and a great little smoker it is too. Access is easy via the large side door and there are plenty of racks for placing your bacon, duck, beef, sausages etc on.
This smoker is fueled with sawdust packed into the removable firebox at the bottom. The sawdust is best lit with a blowtorch or hot air gun and flames dampened down with water spray.
